Who we are

Built by supply chain operators

We believe supply chain teams should manage by exception. Today most of them manage out of the inbox.

This is our story, our principles, and the team building it.

Our story

Why we built Glacis

Before we built software for supply chains, we spent our careers inside them, working on the factory floor, dispatching intermodal trucks, and running fulfillment operations.

That experience is why we understand how the work actually gets done: by people and their long-term relationships, within and across companies. They collaborate through spreadsheets, with email as the system of record, while the ERP, SRM, TMS, or CRM sits a step behind and is sometimes permanently out of sync.

Over the years, we also saw most attempts to improve this fail the same way: when several companies have to coordinate on a new tool or process, adoption rarely happens. Supplier portals struggled to get suppliers to log in. EDI never reached beyond strategic partners. Twenty years of both barely changed how the work gets done.

This is why we built Glacis: a solution that adapts to how work gets done today, without requiring you or your partners to change the system or process. A solution that rolls out step by step, starting tomorrow, not after a two-year implementation. And a solution that doesn't need hours of your IT team's time or a large budget when all you want is a simple update to the processes you're automating.

If you've lived this too and believe this change is overdue, let's talk, and build the future of supply chain together.

Our principles

What we believe

People stay in control
We build software, but supply chains are run by people. AI is new, and trust in it has to be earned. So the go-live decision sits with the people who'll run it day to day.
We measure before we claim
The industry is loud with AI promises. We measure a baseline before we start and the results after, and we don't make claims the data won't carry.
We learn before we automate
We don't believe supply chains can be automated from a distance. We sit with the teams who run the work, learn the processes and the edge cases, and only then build. One-size-fits-all is how supply chain software ends up unused.
Start small, start now
Step by step beats big bang. We'd rather roll out one process this month than present a grand plan next year. Internally we work the same way: small experiments, quick decisions, no attachment to what isn't working.
Pick boring technology on purpose
We choose reliable and proven technology over fashionable complexity, because a production line doesn't care what's trendy. The same taste runs through the company: few tools, few meetings, few layers.
